Shipping Policy

LOCAL PICKUP is available on the weekends Friday-Sunday, 10am-11pm. Please message us to arrange pick-up.

FREE DELIVERY (Vancouver and Lower Mainland BC) on orders $75 and up. Deliveries will occur during the weekends from 3pm-8pm.

OUTSIDE VANCOUVER: 

Orders placed by customers located outside of the Vancouver delivery zone will be shipped on the weekends using Canada Post. Please allow 1-2 days for your orders to be processed for shipping. Shipping fee must be covered by the customer. Free shipping on orders $75 and up.

If you feel the products that you received from Painted sellers do not meet the expectation, simply return the unused/sealed product and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase less the cost of shipping.
